The trailer is a Canadian made “Rainbow trailer”. Two 7000 lb axles.

12 energy efficient double glazed windows that maximize natural light, inviting the outdoors in. Exterior lighting features include 3 up/down lights on the front side and 2 pot lights on the loft overhang so you can use your outdoor shower 24/7.
This home is within ICBC road standards and at 8’6” wide, 13’4” tall and 27’ long (including the overhang on the backside) so there are no oversize permits to pull it.
This home is 280 sq ft.
The electrical system comes powered with a Siemens 240V50 amp service fed with a typical RV inlet. The service can easily be changed to a hard wired connection if you plan to leave the home in one location which would utilize the 100A capacity of the panel. It is solar panel ready, prewired with a 30A UL rated generator panel. There is plenty of space for a battery bank and an inverter in the crawl space.
The 3/4” pex plumbing system is very versatile. It includes potable water, hot water, black water and grey water tanks. That way, it can either be taken away for a weekend or have permanent, properly winterized hook ups to be used year round.

It also includes a 3’ X 3’ frosted glass window, wall sconce lighting, shower light and vented exhaust fan.
Modern kitchen features a 10 cubic foot fridge and a 24” propane oven/range accompanied with a beautiful stainless steel range hood. Chase way for plumbing build within the wall to keep pipes nice and warm creating deep countertops which utilize space for extra storage wherever possible. Option to have one more open or closed shelving unit above the sink and counter windows. Beautiful pocket door into bathroom. Dimmable pot lights throughout the main area, all on 3-way switches.
The raised living area consists of a custom couch with storage underneath, built in desk and front hall closet. There is a floor hatch and crawl space for storage.
The hot water and potable water tanks are underneath also. Electric heat. Spray foam insulation lines the wood 2X4f framed wall to maximize R value as interior space. Electrical panels located in the wall hatch on the far wall. Angled window with sill features dimmable mood lighting.
The loft features an intersecting gable roof line which maximizes headroom while also defining the room with thick fir rafters and a fir togue and groove ceiling. The headboard feature wall is made of Urban Wall. The window is a full egress window in case of emergency. The room has open shelving, plenty of space for added storage in the back corner and cushy grey carpet. Lighting controls include 4-way switches for the loft lighting as well as 3-way lighting with a switch located beside the bed.
